Diversity Facilitators
Diversity Facilitators are liaisons between the Office of Multicultural Affairs (OMA) and the residential colleges. Here at Hanszen, we are your point people for any issues related to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our role includes both education and justice; we not only provide information on and discussion spaces for allyship and current issues, but we also are here if you want to talk about inequity you or someone you know is facing and what potential consequences exist for the perpetrator. Whether you want to vent, see your identity celebrated, or be connected to social justice initiatives, we are resources for all of you!
