Community Facilitators

Community Facilitators are liaisons between the Office of Access and Institutional Excellence (AIE) and the residential colleges. Here at Hanszen, we are your point people for any issues related to sense of belonging, community, and fairness. Our role includes both education and justice; we not only provide information on and discussion spaces for allyship and current issues, but we also are here if you want to talk about inequity you or someone you know is facing and what potential consequences exist for the perpetrator. We are also heads of the Diversity Committee, which is responsible for planning and hosting all kinds of fun cultural events throughout the year! Whether you want to vent, see your identity celebrated, or be connected to social justice initiatives, we are resources for all of you!
